I had to name this recipé after my younger sister Stacy. Making these reminded me of how she would always make her own version of sweet treats that always tasted delicious! This recipé is a slight variation of just one of the many delightful chocolate treats she makes.
To make these I used:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut (plus a little extra for rolling the balls in)
150g Cadburys Chocolate Mousse
1/2 cup condensed milk
Directions
Melt Cadbury’s chocolate in a saucepan.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Add cocoa and coconut, stir together then add condensed milk.
Take a small amount of mixture with a tablespoon and roll into a ball, then roll through extra coconut.
Continue with the rest of the mixture, and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
Let me know what you think of this recipé in the comments!

Interesting that you use mousse rather than actual chocolate – does this mean they stay soft after chilling?

I used actual chocolate, I used ‘Cadbury Chocolate Mousse’. It’s ordinary chocolate, with a soft mousse centre.:-)

Im totally a savory person but this looks so good and easy that I’ll be a “sweet person” just for this.
How long will I get out of them if I refrigerate them?

Thank you Joann!:-) It should probably be about 15 minutes, just enough time for them to really firm up!:-)

Thanks. And if don’t finish them all do I store them in the fridge or is it better to leave them out?

You should definitely leave them in the fridge, so you can maintain the texture.:-)
