Beef Chili

I know it’s cold in most parts of the world just as it’s been pretty cold in Malaysia, which is a nice change from the scorching hot sun!
I have the perfect beef chili recipΓ© to warm you up!

I used:

500 grams of minced beef
2 cloves of garlic
1tsp of cumin
1tsp of salt
1tsp of black pepper
2tbsp of chilli powder
3 chillis
1 onion
1 can of beans, cooked
1/2 a can of tomato paste
1/4cup of tomato sauce

Directions
Mix the onions and garlic in a pot, mix until brown.
Add the beef, let it cook until brown.

Add the salt, black pepper,chili powder, and cumin, and stir.

Pour the tomato paste and some water, and let it simmer for about an hour, add the beans and the chili, and let it simmer for another 30 minutes.

Add more tomato paste and water to get it to be as thin or as thick as you’d like.
