I tried this recipé this week, it’s simple and delicious. The green pepper was a last minute idea but it turned out great! To make this I used
375g fettuccine pasta
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
500 grams of minced chicken
1 green pepper, sliced
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
300ml light thickened cream
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, until tender and put aside
Next, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover.
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and green pepper, add cream. Stir to combine. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Add pasta and chicken to the onion, garlic and green pepper mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes.
